What We Eat At Home
Today we’re going to show you some of what we eat at home. We snap pictures of food when we think of it, but most of the time we can’t wait to eat and forget about the pictures! We basically eat an organic diet at home. We take a salad each day for lunch and have a home cooked meal for dinner each night during the week. The weekend is when we’ll eat at a restaurant. The food we like to eat at home is healthy which includes vegetables, soups, salads, eggs, fish and meats. The beef is grass-fed, the chicken is organic, fish has to be wild (not farmed) and the vegetables/fruits are organic. We eat whole and organic grains for pasta and bread. Our diet doesn’t include much sugar but we do eat fruit.
It was so much fun seeing your food postings. You have a wonderfully varied and very healthy diet. Mom is a great cook and is giving you the best gift – a formula for a nutritious and healthy life!!
