Angelina’s

We visited Angelina’s Restaurant in Williston Park, New York.  It’s a family restaurant that serves pasta, salads, pizza and other Italian dishes. We were greeted at the door by a smiling and welcoming hostess which was nice because we had walked out of another restaurant 10 minutes earlier due to a nasty hostess – we’ll do a separate post on that one. As soon as we were seated, they put a warm baskets of garlic bread on our table. The waitress and staff were all very friendly. The food came out quickly and it was tasty. The portions were huge. We couldn’t finish everything, which is rare. The pasta dishes were delicious and the chicken cutlets were thin the way our mom likes it. See what we ate:

Caesar Salad
Garden Salad
Chicken Semi-Freddo – fried chicken cutlet topped with cubed plum tomatoes, red onions and fresh basil
Linguine Pescatore – fresh shrimp, mussels and clams sauteed in fra diavolo sauce over linguine

Fried Calamari Andrea – with linguine and marinara sauce

Chicken Marsala with mushrooms

Baked Ziti
Shrimp Angelina – shrimp and broccoli sauteed in a light roasted garlic and olive oil over penne pasta
Fettuccine Alfredo
