Urban Farmer

imageWe ate at the Urban Farmer twice this weekend. We were staying at The Logan Philadelphia Hotel and this restaurant was on the first floor. It’s a modern steakhouse  but uses food from local farms, ranches and fisheries. The food was great but the menu didn’t offer enough breakfast choices. You can see what we ate in the pictures below.

We experienced the “kid bias” being seated in an area where other children were seated. On the first morning, our mother had asked for a table with chairs instead of a booth and the host said none were available. This was a lie as the restaurant was half full and we watched tables that were empty during our entire meal. The second morning she made the same request and we were seated next to the kitchen where there was a cold breeze and lots of traffic. Boo to this restaurant for the kid bias. We wouldn’t have eaten there the second time but this breakfast was included with our stay 😒
